The mission of ARAC is to grow in our capability and willingness to LOVE God, LOVE each other and LOVE the world around us that does not yet know Jesus.

We see our church as a place where everyone is someone and Christ Jesus is Lord.

Psalm 139:14 - "I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well."

Philippians 2:11 - "Every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."

We see our church fulfilling the great commission through unity in the body of Christ because our oneness will encourage the world to believe.

John 17:21 - "I pray that they will all be one, just as You and I are one - as You are in me, Father, and I am in You. And may they be in us so that the world will believe You sent me."

We see our church as a place where all people can grow in authentic community with one another and show hospitality to people of all walks of life as we actively love one another.

II Peter 3:18 - "Grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.”

John 17:21 - “That all of them may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I am in You.”

Hebrews 13:2 - “Don’t forget to show hospitality to strangers, for some who have done this have entertained angels without realizing it!”

We see our church as a place where people are saved, discipled, and empowered to serve in the church and throughout the community for the glory of God.

II Timothy 2:2 - “You have heard me teach things that have been confirmed by many reliable witnesses. Now teach these truths to other trustworthy people who will be able to pass them on to others.”

We see our church as being passionate for Christ and therefore demonstrating a compassionate heart for all who are needy and hurting, demonstrating that we are truly “for” our community.

Matthew 9:30 - “When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them because they were confused and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.”

We see our church as being a Holy Spirit-empowered people who rely totally on Christ as we embrace each other and our community with humility, grace, and truth.

Matthew 5:30 - “God blesses those who are poor and realize their need for him, for the Kingdom of Heaven is theirs.”

Matthew 22:39 - “Love your neighbor as yourself.”

We see our church as a transformative movement in the city of Seaford and the communities of central Delmarva.

Matthew 28:19-20 “Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

II Timothy 3:16 “All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness."

Genesis 1:27 “So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them."

As members together with each part uniquely functioning according to the gifts given by the Holy Spirit (I Corinthians 12-14)

John 13:34 “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another."

As evidenced by our passion to worship God in Spirit and in truth, and as indicated by worship experiences that focus on "ministry" instead of "performance." (Romans 12:1; John 4:24)
